Any person, firm, corporation, government agency or other non-profit association or organisation (hereafter “Applicant”), located in any country in the world and engaged in financial sector activities and/or with an interest in LuxFLAG’s purpose, may apply to become an Associate Member of LuxFLAG (the “Agency”).

Associate Members do not participate in the decisions of the Agency’s governing bodies and are not taken into account in determining the majority and quorum conditions stipulated in the Articles of association or by the law. Only Charter members have the right to vote.

Applicants wishing to become Associate Members must undertake to comply with the Statutes/Articles of association of LuxFLAG and pay an annual fee. They become members if approved by the Board of Directors and after payment of the fee. In case of rejection of an application, the Board of Directors is not bound to indicate the reasons for such rejection.

From time to time LuxFLAG may seek to collect data from its members on subjects relating to the purpose of the Agency.

The level of the fee, which may be changed from time to time, is proposed by the Board of Directors and approved in General Meeting. The current annual fees are:
