Sigridur Torfadottir

Sigridur Torfadottir is a senior team member of Innpact Sarl since October 2013, responsible for providing general secretary and management support to structured funds investing in energy efficiency and renewable energy, agriculture and municipal infrastructure.

Sigridur has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services sector across areas such as project management, relationship management, corporate finance, equity research, restructuring, and product development.

She holds a BSc in Mechanical- and Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland and is currently working towards a Master degree in Responsible Management with Steinbeis University in Berlin.

Nathalie Roth is Managing Director and Founder of 4Climate, an environmental consulting company specialised in environmental finance for greenhouse gas reduction projects, international trading of greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction certificates, international financial mechanisms for climate change and sustainable development.

Nathalie has twenty years of experience in multiple areas combining environment and finance including banking, insurance, environmental finance ratings and greenhouse gas brokerage. She has a strong track record in developing and financial structuring of climate projects; carbon management strategies and policies; due diligence of projects; contract negotiations and portfolio management.

Gunter Fischer
Gunter Fischer

Gunter Fischer is a Senior Investment Manager in the GEEREF Front Office team.

Gunter joined the GEEREF Front Office in 2008. Prior to that, he was concentrating on Venture Capital and Private Equity Fund-of-Fund operations at EIF where he focused on the management of ERP-EIF Dachfonds, the EIF’s first external Fund-of-Funds mandate. Prior to joining the EIF, Gunter was a Consultant in the corporate finance practice of Arthur D. Little in Berlin.

Gunter holds a degree in business administration and a PhD in finance from the European University “VIADRINA” in Frankfurt, Germany; a degree in commerce from Reims Management School/ESC Reims, France; as well as a degree in Business Law from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Since 2014, Gunter has been teaching finance courses at the University of Luxembourg.

Lucien Hoffmann

Lucien Hoffmann is Director of the Environmental Research and Innovation (ERIN) department at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) since 2015. The ambition of the ERIN department, composed of 170 scientists and engineers, is to implement a smart green vision, accelerating innovation towards the sustainable management of natural resources and a cicrular economy. The department directed by Lucien brings together interdisciplinary knowledge and skills to tackle major environmental challenges. He coordinated 56 research projects since 1989 in environmental sciences and technologies. Lucien holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Liège.
